The main hall combines original beams, exposed brickwork and an open mezzanine to create a space that’s both practical and full of charm. With room for up to 120 seated guests downstairs and 30 more above, it’s ideal for ceremonies, receptions and everything in between.

FAQs

You’re welcome to access the venue from 10:00am on the day of your event. If you’ve hired the hall for the day before (subject to availability), access is also from 10:00am. Our team will set out tables and chairs to your layout so you and your suppliers can focus on the finishing touches.

Yes. The main hall is licensed and can accommodate 100 guests, with room for 50 more on the balcony.

All catering at Eversholt Hall is provided by Winslow Catering to ensure a smooth, high-quality service. Unfortunately, outside caterers are not permitted.

We’ll take down and pack away any decorations you’ve provided, where possible. These can be collected the following morning by 10:00am. If your suppliers have provided décor, they’ll need to remove it themselves, so please make sure they’re aware of the collection time.

Yes. We provide round tables, a long top table and traditional banqueting chairs. If you’d like to hire alternatives, we recommend Rosetone or Event Solutions South. Please note we don’t supply highchairs.

Yes. You're welcome to supply a limited amount of your own alcohol. A small corkage charge applies and this must be arranged in advance with our team.

  • Monday to Thursday:
    Bar closes at 10:30pm, music ends at 11:30pm
  • Fridays and Saturdays:
    Bar closes at 11:00pm, music ends at midnight
  • Sundays:
    Bar closes at 10:30pm, music ends at 11:30pm

Yes, but only biodegradable confetti please.

Yes. The main hall is accessible and a ramp is available if needed. There is no lift access to the upstairs balcony.

Yes. We kindly ask that you use non-drip or contained candles to protect surfaces and linen.

Yes. Dogs are welcome inside and outside, but must be kept on a lead and supervised by a responsible person. Please let your coordinator know in advance.
