WELCOME

Welcome to Eversholt Hall – an exclusive wedding venue set within the beautiful Bedfordshire countryside, a stone's throw away from the bustling market town of Woburn. The hall, set in the heart of Eversholt village, 

overlooks a quintessentially English village cricket green and pavilion.

Inside, the main hall has exposed brickwork, a mezzanine with a balcony feature and rustic beams, creating a large open space whilst maintaining a warm, country feel . The venue can host up to 125 seated guests in the main hall with an extra 40 seated guests on the upstairs balcony. For an informal party or event the hall can hold a maximum of 180 guests. With fantastic amenities all set in a beautiful location Eversholt Hall makes the perfect venue for your day!

Frequently Asked Questions

What time can I access Eversholt Hall on the morning of our wedding?

You are welcome to access the hall at 10:00am. on your wedding day. Our team are on hand to layout the tables and chairs to your specification so you, and your suppliers, can focus on the finer details. If you have hired the hall for the day before as well (subject to availability), access is also from 10:00am.

Is Eversholt Hall licensed for civil ceremonies?

Yes, our main hall is licensed. We can accommodate 100 guests with an additional 50 on the upstairs balcony. 

Can I bring my own caterer? 

We work exclusively with Winslow Catering for all food so we unfortunately do not permit outside caterers. 

What time do we need to collect decorations/belongings the following day?

Our team will take down and pack away all decorations provided by you and ask that you kindly collect them by 10:00am the following day. Decorations provided by suppliers must be taken down by them directly so please inform them of the collection time.

Do you provide tables and chairs?

Yes, round tables and a long top table are provided within the hire price. We also provide traditional banqueting chairs. If you prefer to hire in alternatives, our preferred suppliers are Rosetone or Event Solutions South. We do not provide highchairs. 

Can we supply our own alcohol?

Yes, we care happy for you to provide your own alcohol with a small corkage charge. 

What time does the party finish?

Monday to Thursday

- Bar closes at 11:00pm

- Music finishes at 11:30pm

Fridays & Saturdays

- Bar closes at 11:30pm

- Music finishes at 12:00am

Sundays

- Bar closes at 10:30pm

- Music finishes at 11:30pm

Are we allowed confetti?

Biodegradable confetti is permitted.

Do you have wheelchair access?

Yes, the hall is easily accessible for wheelchair users and we also have a ramp if required. Unfortunately we do not have a lift to access the upstairs areas.

Can we have candles?

Yes, but we kindly ask they are non-drip or contained to protect our tables and linen. 

Can we bring our dog?

Yes,dogs are permitted both outside and inside the venue. We do ask that a responsible person looks after them and they are kept on a lead at all times. Please discuss the details with your wedding coordinator.
